Why use permanent magnet motors?

High efficiency and energy saving: Compared to asynchronous motors, permanent magnet motors do not require excitation for the rotor, thus having a wide efficient range. They can maintain high efficiency when the load varies between 10% and 110%, effectively reducing operating costs. 2. High reliability: Permanent magnet motors can directly drive the load, simplifying the power transmission system of the original equipment and reducing system complexity; 3. Low maintenance costs; the motor operates at low speeds, directly driving the main unit, resulting in low losses and minimal maintenance. 4. What is a permanent magnet synchronous motor?

Permanent magnet synchronous motor, the stator is basically the same as that of a conventional induction motor, but the rotor magnetic field is different from that of an induction motor. It is not generated by the stator winding induction, but established by the permanent magnets embedded in the rotor. The rotor magnetic field rotates in sync with the stator magnetic field, hence it is called a permanent magnet synchronous motor.
